Mission to Iraq!
From one war to the next, I wonder how it fels to go from mission to military service?

I remember reading this article when it was first published. I would imagine it would be difficult to come out of the mission field and directly into combat status. These two tasks are polar opposites! I would imagine the longer one was in the mission field the more difficult this would be. Young missionaries often find it difficult to just adjust to normal everyday life after a mission, can you imagine adjusting to an assignment that requires you to perhaps kill another? No matter how just the cause may be, it must be very difficult to adjust to this after spending your days totally focussing on the Gospel and bringing others to it.
