No I do not think we should open these up. This may be a test on if we can be trusted with something more important. IF we pass this test then we may get a bigger pay out. Or they are transporting something lighter than air. Or they are transporting a gas that if we open can kill us. I say put them in a defense position and defend the cargo in case of pirates.

One other thought. What if they heard that pirates will attack their next shipment so they hired us to fend off the pirates from a empty cargo.

"I was thinking the same thing that all of this is just a setup! The strange lady, the lack of control over the ship and now empty cargo we're going to be just sitting ducks waiting to be destroyed. But what do they have to gain by this if they let pirates take over the ship?"
