Lineage of Levi
The lineage of Levi or in other words, someone of the tribe of Levi would have some (I am not sure what word to use) 'right' to be a Bishop in the Church. Very few have been found to be of the tribe of Levi (obtainable through a Patriarchal Blessing). Have you known anyone from this tribe?

3 Nephi 24:2-3
2 But who may abide the day of his coming, and who shall stand when he appeareth? For he is like a refiner's fire, and like fuller's soap.
3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.

No, I never met somebody from this tribe. I think Farseer in another thread found a quote that a descendant of Levi has the right to be a Bishop in the Church without need to call counselors....interesting.
