Updates Forum General

Updates to Board:

1. You will notice two new sections in the menu; a) BOARD RULES which helps to give some 'law' about posting here and a link to the designer's business web site.
2. We have added a lot more smilies. They are accessable when posting a message by clicking the link 'more smilies'. This feature works in IE only. netscape users will have to stick with the original smilies, sorry.
3. Font size has been reduced in IE so that posts can be seen easily without too much scrolling.
4. Fixed experience bar wondering off to the right.
5. Image to encourage guests to register is now clickable
6. Quotes are now between the lines
7. Ruler of the day has a more dynamic pharaoh yellow face

Afterall the idea is to make the board one of the best on the net

Anyway, here is the latest...

1. GAMES - there is now a games link and you can play shark! More to be added later.
2. LANGUAGE choices for those who want the board in español.
3. REFRESH - now the bulletin board will refresh automatically after a certain amount of minutes so you are constantly kept up to date with the latest person online and reply to your message

NEW SECURITY UPDATES!

We just installed several new security updates that you will need to consider.

First of all you will need to login to your profile and enter a 'question' and an 'answer' in order for you to retrieve your password. Please fill this in as you will be asked the next time you lose your password.

Lastly, all passwords are now encrypted to ensure that no one uses your name by hacking your account.

Two new boards!

Originally when we first started these boards after the crash, we had the idea to keep it simple, but as you can see it has been complexed again by a huge number of categories. The newest of these:

Teen and Baby

These boards were added to facilitate related web sites on bordeglobal.com. Example: Baby forum goes in conjunction with https://www.bordeglobal.com/baby

Feel free to contribute to these new boards. Their theme is explained in the description.

More Features

Here is some of the new features on the board:
1. Gallery link in menu. If you feel you look like a model then go post your image and get it rated!
2. Moderators for forums are in a specific color. At this point it is dark red.
3. You can now upload your own picture via your profile, but it must be under 7kb and small in size. If you need help please let me know and I will size it for you.

More Stuff

1. New quiz - Human Nature - MEN
2. You can now add four new message icons when you post a message, they are:
US, UK, Really mad, and Sneaky. These show up in the list of messages within each
board, not in your actual posting
3. A lot of you are trying to access the 'MATURE DISCUSSION' forum. Remember you cannot access that until you ASK permission from the administrator via the 'Contact Admin' link on the top of each page. When you get permission you will see the word 'adult' under your name.
