Please buy the correct equipment in the first place so you don't have to beg other players for equipment and basic things like food!

The Game Master says...

Selling the Excess

At home you can leave a special item like a horse, wagon or other obvious stuff that you may not need in certain adventures, but this should be just one or two bulky items.

If you have too much stuff then please sell it. You can do this via Party Order (ask your party leader) by listing the items you wish to sell and the cost of it all in total then divide it by half (round off numbers up). This is the amount of gold you will get for the items. So if you bought something for 10gps it will now sell at 5gps.

Everything else you will keep on you.

The Game Master says...

Exchanging FP for GP

The more affluent members who have FP to spare may want to change some of their FP to GPs (gold pieces) via the Shop. Please follow this procedure when doing so...

1. Go to the Forum Shop and purchase the amount of FP to GP you wish. Each Exchange is worth 25GPs so you can gauge what you need by this.

2. After you are finished go to your Forum Shop Inventory and use all the Exchanges you bought (Click on 'Use Item) so they are counted. They are NOT counted if you simply leave them in your inventory. Now please understand if you bought 5 Exchanges then you need to click 'Use Item' 5 times. If you click on 'Use Item' only once then it means that you only used one exchange!

3. When you are done clicking on all 'Use Items' then and only then should you contact the GM to inform him of the GPs you should have from this transaction. The GM will then check the logs to verify that you actually used the amount of Exchanges you claim you did and Email you back with the number of GPs you have.

4. Now that you have GPs for your character to use you may now proceed to the Market, select what you want to buy, make the necessary cost calculations and post this in the Current Camp Thread. The Party Leader will then update who bought what in the Party Order thread. When Party Order begins then and only then will the GM update your transaction. Do not send any Emails to him other than to verify the amount of GPs you bought.

5. Lastly, having a lot of GPs is good, but keep in mind two things:
a. If you carry too much you will be encumbered, slow and an easy target
b. If you carry a lot of gold with you, then you will be noisy and encumbered
