Out of Character: I can do that but maybe we should meet with the scientific team first and they can probably fill us in on our options, maybe even our own transport? It might be a long shot but its worth a try and then we can plan better.

Out of Character: Squad order is like medieval party order its where the leader of the group posts the actions of our characters so the GM can update the story.

Out of Character: [cool] [cool] thanks for filling me in. I had read about the squad leader thing and the posting to Game Master's thing as well just didn't know it was called the squad order. Its the little things that cause wide scale confusion [isn't] it.

Out of Character: So far their offer sounds good but we need more details like the type of ATV, what supplies they have, what exactly they were doing at the base, etc. Get some specific question for the next squad leader post so we can make a decision.
