Recipe detials: -Oatmeal Bars
Servings: 12 1/2 c Butter Or Margarine;Softened 1/2 c Brown Sugar; Packed 1/2 c 1 ea Egg; Large 2/3 c Flour; Unbleached 1/2 t Baking Soda 1/2 t Baking Powder 1/4 t Salt 1 c Oats; Quick Cooking Rolled 1 c Coconut; Flaked Cream butter and sugar; blend in apple butter and egg. Stir flour with soda, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Stir in oats and coconut. Spread in greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 20 minuts. If desired, sift powdered sugar over top while still warm; cool. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars. |
