Chavez had big plans to have a nuclear plant in Venezuela but after seeing what has happened in Japan it seems he has changed his mind and is not pursuing it anymore. Thank goodness, because it would be dreadful for surrounding nations should anything have happened in a Venezuelan Nuclear Reactor Meltdown.
