Thus saith AngloSaxon Noblewoman...

Lady Godiva listens to the men at arms and their talking back and forth so she leans over the table and gently says, "So when do we start?"

Cleric Dark - Camp

Thus saith Sword specialist...

Out of Character:: Do we need to take a break or something because like we're just stuck here and not moving.

Lancelot looks at the wood patterns of the table and follows them with his finger bored.

Camp - The Dark Cleric RPG PBP Medieval World

Out of Character: I just posted in the party leader's thread, as such the RP will go on. Unless someone wishes otherwise I can take over as 'party leader', though it will not translate over to the game itself, at least not until after Jonathon has joined the group and traveled a bit with them. Mainly I will just post everyone's actions and such.
To FairMaiden: A jester would not fit well with who and what Jonathon is. Jester's focus is usually of comedic entertainment while Jonathon's focus is music and storytelling. In many ways he is close to a mix of a Wizard and a Bard more then anything. Perhap it doesn't fit with the setting of WoM exactly but it can be easily turned around by just saying spellcasters could often have strange fashions and clothes.

Update: Also we need someone to pay another 2 gold pieces to a drunk one of the party owes money to (Because no one posted in the PL thread for so long). I would pay but I have already posted that Jonathon is short money, hence why he wants to make a deal with tavern owner to perform for food and drink.

Out of Character:: Nice of you to take up the reigns Thomaslee I was wondering what was going on for a second.

Lady Godiva is tired of sitting and decides to stretch her long legs. She lets out a yawn purposely hoping to get the attention of the men at arms.

Cleric Dark - Camp

"Well", Jonathon said to the tavern owner, "as I said I am a musician. I play the violin." Jonathon took out a strange yet finely carved wooden string instrument from his backpack. It had six strings and was shaped much like that of the lute but different as well. Jonathon put the violin under his chin and showed the tavern owner the rod-like bow that he pressed against the violin and played a few chords to quick beat.
"This instrument is actually very good when it comes to creating music for dancing," Jonathon explained with a smile. Jonathon continued and said almost as an aside, "Also, like I said, I am a storyteller."

When Jonathon noticed the tavern owner wave a wench over to bring the food and drink. Jonathon shook his head a bit and said, "Sir, I insist that the food and drink wait until after I perform. That I feel is only fair as you would then know whether or not I have earned the meal and drink."

Out of Character: Your welcome. There has also been an update, though it is involving Jonathon right now but you can get involved. Be ready for him to give his performance soon.
I think a snag has been hit and no one is sure what to do.

Out of Character:: Funny you should mention snag because the last thing I remember us talking about was speaking to the barkeep but for some reason that was never done, why can't we just speak to him and find out what he knows? After that we can look for any wise person in this village that might also be able to help us out.

Lancelot notices Lady Godiva's yawn, he grins while looking at the others. Who knows... Maybe we might get some entertainment tonight.

Out of Character:: Totally cool Thomas you are like totally making my day... Now we can get on with something here. Now all you have to do is join up FE so we can get started there too.

Thus saith AngloSaxon Noblewoman...

Lady Godiva thinks what is the most important thing to ask and a flood of questions are in her mind but she just says one for the moment,

"Thank you for answering us and your food is so good. Tell us, do you know how to get access to the Inn in the center of the city? They do not have a liking for women folk."
