Google Site Filtering - Will My Site Be Blocked?

I read that Google is now giving viewers a chance to stop certain sites from showing up in results. I was just wondering if you guys know if this has any affect on your site's rating because if you are pretty well ranked then someone could bring you down. This is where I found it, Source 5

As I understand it these are results blocked by the viewer's preferences only and not in general. It could be good at stopping scam sites that pull results from other sites to show as their data but on the down side in a place like a network where the browser cannot be adjusted you might find certain sites blocked by the administrator.
