Timothy Akers - Arrested 102 Times!

I first saw the mug shots of Timothy Akers on FNC. They were going through them from start to finish of each arrest and the guy looks more and more beat up in each shot. I can't for the life of me understand why someone would be arrested 102 times or even allow themselves to be caught that many times. He obviously needs more than just being locked up behind bars because it is not working.
