Police believe an ongoing rift between rival gangs is responsible for yesterday's shooting death of 34-year-old Richard Barker.
Barker, of Blitz Village, Pleasantville, San Fernando, was walking along Cedar Drive, Pleasantville, around 3 p.m., when two men, armed with guns, opened fire on him.
