Comments: I know this guy that is autistic but he looks five years younger. He is supposed to be 20 but he looks like a 15 year old so just wondering if having autism makes you look younger?

No. However, the way some autistic people may act is a bit younger than their age (emotionally speaking) and maybe it gives that impression.

I know a lot of people without autism that look younger than their age. He may simply be one of who does look younger.

Although some autistics have few facial emotions, that would cut down on the wrinkles later in life.

That's an excellent point and observation! Because it is so true, more expressive we're we tend to wrinkle more. My oldest son is extremely expressive (seems unusual in autism but yet again, according to doctors his autism is quite unique).
