Can Medical Doctors Be Rich Anymore?

Comments: Remember when your mom would tell you she hoped you would become a doctor because it pays so well? I don't think that's true today. Doctors now have to walk a razor sharp line between ethics, malpractice suits and just surviving after expenses and taxes. I heard those plastic surgeons do better though.

I'm not a doctor but I've a friend who is one and he is moderate in his living. He does have a nice car and home but he isn't super rich. I don't think he ever had a suit against him but he does complain about how much tax he has to pay and it stops him from doing a lot of the things he hoped for by his age.
