Comments: The justice have to work more quickly. The sentence should be within a short time and the punishment hard - death sentence for murder. Everything should be done within a year. If the police officers investigating the case are not successful within a given period of time, then the case should be given to other officers. If the case is still not solved, then the police commissioner should take the responsibility. If too many cases remain unsolved within a year, the police commissioner be laid off, since he apparently is not doing a good job!
