This is an interesting cases because in some instances, it is true! Men seem to be punished more for certain crimes than women. If you don't believe me, check the kind of sentences teachers who had sex with students get opposite to male teachers.
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A former Cache County construction worker is suing the county, claiming men are punished more severely than women for sexual misconduct. Darrell Glenn claims in a federal bias claim filed last week that he was fired as a roads department heavy equipment operator because of a consensual sexual relationship with a female co-worker.
