Was it just too far fetched? What is your rating?

The movie suffers from two other handicaps: it often falls into the ridiculous (the Russian astronaut) and almost all the actors are bad used. Bruce Willis is all the contrary of his "fifth element"'s character. He plays the he-man, he hams it up and sometimes, he's unbearable. The other actors are barely credible in their own roles, particularly, Willis' sinking crew. It seems that this crew is here just for having fun. One of them is taken for being very qualified but he looks like a fool. And poor Liv Tyler! She's at the NASA just to be decorative.

Again Bruce Willis is making a fool of his acting career. Why does he take up these roles? Come on man... stick with Die Hard!

Hey! actors need to eat too you know!!!! Not all the actors in the world have all the fame and money and glamour that people see in them, actually they're only the minority, the rest of actors (the not famous ones) have to have two or three jobs sad.gif

Yeah, but I think choosing the right films to act in prolongs their acting career and increases their pay, plus Bruce is in the level now that he can afford to pick and choose.

True, but only those who have reach that level can have the ability to do that, the rest just have to grab anything in order to get some experience and some cash to pay some burgers and fries.

Yep, but who knows...maybe he doesn't get any great offers so he grabs to the best one he sees....

I liked this movie, but I liked Deep Impact better though. The main part of Armaggedon's story line is a bit far fetched.

I didn't care too much for this movie. My wife had other thoughts and bought the movie because of the Ben Affleck / Liv Tyler romance. Once the group went to the asteroid, I lost all interest in it. 1 starblue.gif' /><!--endemo--> </p><div> </div> </div>
