The bad luck of a New Plymouth landlord continues after her fourth rental in less than two years was gutted by fire last night. Ref. Source 3

Landlord Unlucky The

Sounds to me like arson and someone angry at the landlord, probably for something pretty stupid. It's sad though because thousands of dollars have been lost and I doubt she/her would ever recover from this. I hope to be wrong.
