Did They Really Thief?

If the airport cost 1.6 billion to build, how come investigators find 1 plus billion hidden away ? So the airport cost $600,000.00 only?
Something seems to be wrong with the maths.

Well based on how it is falling apart... who knows laugh.gif. Seriously though, if there are lies about how much they took, then there are probably lies about how much was spent. I can see how it works out though...

If project 'A' costs $100 and it really only takes $10 to do it then who is to say you did not really cost $100. Labor is very easy to excuse... but not material.
