If you get a line that looks like,
CODE PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/
Then usually there is an open extension in your main php.ini file that needs to be commented out. Find "extension =" and comment it out and then restart Apache.
