A general Thread about the level of Sharp Shooting in Virginia. What laws must be satisfied for a person to do Sharp Shooting? Are there established places to learn Sharp Shooters - Virginia Shooting in Virginia?

Shooting Sharp Virginia
As a state in the US, Virginia falls under the fairly lenient set US gun laws. It also has a fairly lenient open carry and concealed carry policy. All in all, Virginia is one of the more gun friendly states in the country, although the more liberal direction the state has taken in the past decade may change that.
There are some damn fine ranges in Virginia. There are ranges that allow you to shoot rifles at 200 meters and more. There are indoor ranges for pistol and shotgun shooting. The NRA HQ is also located here, along with their state of the art range. Furthermore, active and retired military can use ranges on the various military installations when they aren't in use for training or qualification.
