OOC: Since Thorian cannot enter the performance tent until the show, perhaps he can help keep his ears focused on the happenings in the other tent?
OOC: Ah, well, that's nice. I can't really post until the GM posts what happens next, so this post basically indicates I'm still alive. Yes, I'm a real dork, ne? Will just wait, now. I won't be online up till tommorow, so pardon the gap between this post and the next. Er, I suppose that's about it, yes?
**Airmed approaches the animal quarters in a non-chalant manner, whistling a lively tune. If she meets a worker she shall first ascertain whether he/she is just an employee, or a trainer. If a trainer, she will make casual conversation, acting as simply an avid animal lover, meanwhile asking several questions such as: what types of tricks the animals perform, and whether they're trained to follow hand and/or voice commands. If the worker is aimiable, perhaps a demonstration may be allowed. If granted, Airmed will pay close attention to the animal(s) name, capabilites, and type of cue commands learned per trick. If Airmed is turned away from the animal quarters, she shall join Thorian in talking up the crowd, and alert
him of watchful eyes, should he attempt an act of larceny.**
OOC: Actually, there doesn't really seem to be anything we all can do untill the show starts. If the guy in the tent really is in the show as might the woman be, Althea and I could try to sneak around the tents then. Mayhap we may need the help of the wariors to get past the guards, but it's likely that the inhabitants might be absent during the show. The GM doesn't seem to be letting us do anything until the show starts, so perhaps we should just camp down and wait or something.
IC: Eissa sighed. She hadn't been any use in the tent, and had failed to get anything useful for knowledge or anything else apart from a good look at a man and a woman in a really skimpy dress. Rather miffed, she flung herself down on the ground, mindful of the attention she was recieving and duly blushing hotly. Today had most certainly not been a good day.
She looked at the people streaming into the circus grounds. There were certainly quite a few of them there, and many of them were giving her odd looks. Perhaps this had something to do with the way she blushed and perhaps it had to do with her clothes. She sighed. "Well," she addresed to no one in particular, "what now?"
ooc... I echo that... What now?
That was an incredible blunder to go in while the performers are getting ready. And now we are tagged as troublemakers.
So Althea and Eissa are escorted out... near the gaming? and have not discovered anything useful at all. Ice and Ariadne have been shoved apart by the guards and have stopped fighting.. near the gaming. Wimplo is on watch by the Palm Reader's tent. Thorian is wandering around chit-chatting with the commoners () .. Airmed is not allowed near the animals...
The only real success so far is Shade is actually having a meaningful session with the palm reader! We should pay attention to what she says. What should be asked next?
Shall we have an ale and discuss it ?
