Shau Ri, I did eventually put the Gazelle together and used it for a while. Then it started to squeak to the point of annoyance. I stopped using it and got some WD-40 but haven't applied it yet. So the point of all this is that I found an excuse not to exercise. However, it is funny you asked me about this now, because I have recently been thinking about getting back on the machine. In the short period of time I used it, I did begin to notice a change in my arms and legs. I am really trying to get rid of my gut, so that will take some time to tone. I am also in the process of cleaning my basement and plan to move the Gazelle down there (currently it is in my bedroom). I'll let you know how it goes.
