SO MANY MEETINGS, SO LITTLE POINT

Back to the office after a holiday weekend and don't know what to do? Here's an idea: Have a meeting. American companies have 11 million meetings a day, according to MCI Conferencing.

Meetings

I get off work at five in the morning. Meetings are always scheduled at ten in the morning that day I get of work. They are always "mandatory" and throw allot of stuff at you at once. When meetings are that early with that little sleep, I am not able to contribute to the meetings in any fashion that is usable. They meetings like this about three times a month. I really think that meetings should be scheduled less frequently and at better times so that they can gain maximum input from us. I often wonder who makes these meetings? When I ask, its always someone that doesn't come to the meetings, but they just schedule them because they are required!
