I do not know if this used a lot in your country, but here in Trinidad a lot of cars are being seen with spinning rims . The rim has an outer cover that spins on its own even when the car is not moving. Why would you want to spend money on that?
I have seen it here in the US but mostly wealthy athletes and celebrities do this to their cars. That was one thing I never understood about people in Trinidad. They would have an old beater car but put all these souped up additions, and then they barely live in a shed.
