Spider-man Vs Batman
Spider-man vs Batman: If they were put against each other who do you think would win in an all out combat fight. I'm thinking Spiderman will but I'm not sure because Batman has so many gadgets and the ability to out think his opponents.

Batman cant beat a guy who figures out how to beat you three years before you fight and somehow keeps himself within range of whatever he needs to take you out or he just figures out your after him and he comes after you before hand

Sorry dizguyear but what? I did not understand the last part either.
Anyway, I think Batman will probably have the edge over Spider-man because of his use of utilities and technologies.
