Elder Borde - England Manchester Mission 91-93

Something from the past. I served a two year mission in England / Wales. I was known then as 'Elder Borde'. This photo was taken on one of our recreational days. I believe it is the Chester Castle.

We stopped in a small village where the houses were covered with roses / various flowers as seen in the photo. We did not catch anyone home or maybe they didn't want us in their home but either way I stopped for a picture of the unusual but lovely house decoration.

This photo was taken in Wales. This was one of my companions - Elder Walker. I believe this was his first baptism. I can't remember the events that led up to it or the young lady's name off the top of my head.
