Symbols

Symbols represent various things to people. They are often used to etch upon the human mind some kind of theme. For instance one may use a lion as a symbol to represent, power, strength or control. Others may use a bear, or snake to mean the same thing. Think of symbols you have used in the past, do they mean the same to you now as they did then? What about the use of symbols in religion?

The Christans cross would stand for Jesus dying on the cross to save our sins. Though I think it's used for more than just that these days.

For me, I don't think I've ever used a symbol to represent something for me... Exept maybe in the Medieval RPG.
