After several months with a serious infection on her leg, doctors had to amputate her leg. However, I believe that as sad as it is at least she still alive.

Gabor's blood pressure and heart rate were normal and she was resting comfortably hours after her surgery, publicist John Blanchette said. He said she'll be in the hospital for another week or two and hopefully will be home by her 94th birthday on Feb. 6.
Gabor was being watched carefully, but there were no complications, doctors at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center said.
"The surgery today went well, however, she is in frail health so we will continue to monitor her closely," said Dr. David Rigberg, associate professor of vascular surgery.
Gabor, who had an infection in her leg for several months, was hospitalized on Jan. 2 after efforts to save her leg with antibiotics failed....

Sure, she's 94, bedridden and-according to her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt (shown here with Gabor in 1993)-can no longer talk. But before you waste your time getting all outraged, none of this is anybody's business, as the petulant pop-to-be barked at Joy Behar this week in a televised interview. The couple wants a baby and they"re going to have one (via a surrogate, thank God), and they "don't give a darn what people think about it."
Clearly, this is nuts, but is it even legal? Seeing as egg-harvesting didn't even exist a half century ago when Zsa Zsa was last fertile, the baby wouldn't be biologically hers. Surrogacy laws vary by state, but apparently in California she"d have to adopt the child once it is born, which would only work if she was still alive. Source 1

Zsa Zsa Gabor, the 99-year-old former beauty queen and actress, died Sunday in Los Angeles, according to multiple reports from outlets including TMZ, Variety and CBS in Los Angeles.
