I was wondering if it's possible to transfer Avan from the Missing ships game that just finished into Kramdrogh, keeping all XP and items.
If not, I could always transfer my 1st level character from the Tal'garoth game that was discontinued a while back.

Yes iCON you can transfer Avan over to Kamdrough. This includes his current level, experience, and items. Just post some sot of entry/introduction in the Kamdrough thread.

Not that I'm impatient (maybe just a little), but I'm totally new to this and have no idea if should do something to start playing.

Hi everyone, I just joined and looking forward for my first adventure! Still going through the rules and how's but getting there. My character is ready but before I post, I wanted to know...do we have access to all all official WotC material? Nothing crazy just wanted to know if for example I could use the "metamagic specialist" feature from PhB II, or complete arcane for a wider variety. If I can this would mean some changes on my build.

Yes I would accept that but I don't know much about that class. I would be trusting you not to break the rules. From what I remember meta magic and arcane take many levels before you start getting into the powerful stuff. Magic users themselves are not terribly common in Kamdrogh. So a character specializing in a particular field or discipline sounds interesting.
