MIAMI, USA: Two Cayman Islands-based investment fund affiliates and their offshore liquidator are being sued by two US investment funds over rights to pursue a US$1.05 billion dollar claim in the bankruptcy of Minnesota-based investment firm, Petters Group Worldwide.
