Out of Character: By this point, I think it's safe to assume all 3 other party member follow Jon to the grove. Needless to say, they are looking around and being silent.

Krusten knows that if she doesn't act on this now her suitor will go on all night with it. She barely answers Anntreen only to say "I'll handle this..." Using her charm she goes over to the table and asks the fat slob if he understands she is a maiden for hire and not of the night and she can only share a drink if it is to discuss a sword for hire job. If he continues his forwardness she will use intimidation to let him know to back off and let her and her friend alone.

"Umm... Ok." Her voice is soft and a little nervous and unsure, likely the first time you haven't heard calmness or certainty in her voice at all.

Anntreen watches like a kid on a chair all turned around hands on the top of the back rest just her fingertips curled over the brim, peeking over the wood.
Looking very much like what a kid might do if they saw their parents fighting for the first time.

Anntreen is not a child but beneath her front of self confidence and normally happy disposition, her innocence and naivety leek out in situations she is not comfortible with, or mentally prepared for.
She watches Krusten approach the man and have words with him in such a passive aggressive manner at first then well.

"At least she's making herself clear." Anntreen thinks to herself.

Out of character: I was hoping to get a response from FoxRogue, but Ferrin could easily be convinced to wait there while Jon sneaks up to the grove, as long as he could hear a scream if Jon got in trouble. He just balked at being told to go on without Jon.

Mr Murno looks surprised by Krusten's reaction. He raises his hands and replies: "My apologies if my invitation offended you, Milady. I'm alone here and was just trying to get myself a better company than a couple of drunk guards or that shadowy individual there". This said, he makes a sign to the innkeeper and heads up the stairs. The barmaid finally brings to Mina a hot mug of cider. "Is 5 copper, young traveler". Her open hand leaves no doubts about when she expects to get the payment. Out of Character: Foxrogue stated clearly that he wanted to go alone. You guys decided to follow him and maybe he'll want to find a way to get rid of you in his next post. That's why I'm waiting.

Krusten feels that her small challenge to get the stares off her back has been accomplished. Now feeling a bit brave she goes over to the woman who entered earlier.

"Okay, you have my curiosity up, what are you doing here, if I might ask so boldly? It is only because such as yourself would not be found in a place like this."

Krusten knows she can be brash at times, it was from growing up with mostly males around but small talk only lead to the same thing: lies or truth and her intrigue by the gorgeous woman made her wonder.

Rather off topic, but...
I put a question in Source 9 if anyone will like to indulge me.

Mina smiles as the Bar Maid comes to her and offers the drink. "Ah, thank you , Miss. She takes the mug and puts it down by her. She then fumbles into a pocket and pulls out the coins, counts them and gives them to the woman. "Much appreciated", she says as she nods while the woman walks away.

The angry seeming woman who rebuffed her suitor, walked up to her and queried her, "Okay, you have my curiosity up, what are you doing here, if I might ask so boldly? It is only because such as yourself would not be found in a place like this."

Mina blinks in disbelief for a moment, then looks around herself and answers, "I am attempting to dry out and regain some well needed warmth that's been sapped from me by the cold and the rain." She pauses for a moment, then leans into the other woman to ask quietly, " Are Druids not allowed in here? I don't mean to cause any trouble. I was just cold and wet and came to the first lights I saw. I didn't notice any signs up. I apologize if it is because I came over here and sat on the floor, there were no chairs over here" She stops for a second, then, "Wait....is this about Den?", she asks as she waves her head toward her Hawk on her shoulder.

Anntreen shrinks down behind the back of her chair as Krusten runs the charitable man off.

Then straitens completely up almost to the point of standing only 1 nee and 1 hand still touching the char completely backward facing it, when Krusten approaches and makes such a bold statement to the woman by the fire.

Upon the girls response and body language, Anntreen not having to take much action to be fully standing now, quickly walks over placing her self to the side of Krusten but slightly between the 2 women talking leaving her bags at the side of the table, and says.

"Please pardon my comrade here, she is rather abrupt and foreword, take no offense from her forwardness. We are also new hear and well new things seems to set her off a bit." Anntreeen looking at the woman with a forced grin, and glancing at Krusten with a look of, -please don't start a bar fight-

This close up to the new woman Anntreen finally notices just how exotic looking she is, her tan skin makes her look so radiant in this cold weather.

Anntreens green eyes seem to sparkle in the nearness to the fire. Her Long honey hair still damp shimmers in the firelight. Her holy symbol still predominantly warn on her chest. And, the mud on the trim of her robe, along with the small stain of blood on her cuff almost dry, but her overall appearance seems to make her look still damp and cold herself after the long days travel pulling that broken cart, its clear to see she is tired.
