Inside him his soul cracks like the fire burning bright with a fury and anger at the test ahead. Yeah providing comfort and warmth at the distance and trials past so far.

Elrik sits in meditation. The voice of the boys words play over and over in his mind it is the voice of his god from night before dream, it is the same words he spoke before sending you down this path.

"If the path is placed out in front of you, will you walk it?"
"If the quest is difficult will you lose faith?"
"Take off your armor and walk to the fountain in the market scare before the 1st rays of the sun, wait there and something terrible will come, embrace it and I will watch over you, fight it and I will not be able to protect you."

Elrik can't help but think t hims self. "This was indeed something terrible. But, why me? Why us? And just how many of the others had been sent on this quest willfully? Was he the only one that was given advanced notes or where the others only chosen because they where all falsely arrested at the same time?"

Yaeth will check out the gems and even give some to Felipe for his aid. He thanks him for his help and the use of his rope as he counts out 15 of the stones. Yaeth will then place the others into one of his belt pouches.

Izumi finishes crafting the bracers, then looks at them. She thinks to herself, 'not like the one's I saw before, but still not bad for where I am.' She wishes she had more material, but guesses she'll have plenty more chances available soon enough.

She takes a pair of the chitin bracers, and attaches them to her lower arms. She looks around to all the others trying to decide who would need one of the other two pairs more. She knows Felipe is a fighter and probably should have a pair, but she's not sure who else.

She looks to her son and asks, "Do you want a pair, or should I give them to another?"

Haru shakes his head no. "It's okay mom. I'm normally in the way or in the back of the group so I don't need armor at this time."
