I am sure she will appeal I doubt that she will just accept the sentence and won't do anything about it, she still hoping to get away with it.

Jodi Arias, the woman convicted of killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander, is asking an Arizona jury to spare her life, saying she could teach people to read in prison and have a positive impact on inmates.


Arias insisted that she is a victim of domestic violence.

When jurors found her guilty of first-degree murder earlier this month, they said that Arias was "Exceptionally cruel" When she murdered Alexander in 2008. Arias stabbed Alexander 29 times, slit his neck from ear to ear and shot him in the face.

I wonder how much of her "Victim" Story is true. She seems to be all over the place. First, saying she didn't have anything to do with it, then saying it was masked me and then finally stating it was self-defense. That, in itself is a bit iffy and then dramatising her life and making herself to be a victim. Then asking for a death sentence and then pleading for life. She doesn't know what she's doing and obviously, she's not listening to her council. I hope she gets her wish and she's put on death row.

You mean her original wish because she doesn't want that anymore and it looks like the jury can't figure out if she should get it either.

So far no death penalty. It seems like the current jury had no problems finding Arias guilty but were not up to deciding how she should pay for her crime. This is going to be a long drawn out case.

Probably she wanted that, more chances to have things go her way. Either way she still has to remain behind iron bars and solid concrete.
