Pope Francis Lets Down Syndrome Teen Who Escaped Abortion Sit in Popemobile

Down Syndrome Awareness Month comes to a close on Thursday, and we couldn't let it pass by without sharing one more inspiring story about the strides that are being made in Down syndrome awareness and acceptance. Pope Francis has already demonstrated on numerous occasions his dedication to promoting the value of human life.

Before he was even pope, Jorge Bergoglio urged Argentinian priests to support women who became pregnant out of wedlock and honor their courageous decision to choose life. Since his move to Rome, the Holy Father has remained faithful to this principle, even making a surprise call to a young mom who chose life in spite of difficulty. Ref. Source 8

Francis Pope

This Pope is doing things way differently than the others. He's a people's man, lets just hope he doesn't burn out from it.

On the page of the link above there was a kid that wouldn't leave him alone. He handled it well because "Suffer the little children to come unto me..." Is what he would have been hit with if he tried to do a Justin Beiber (Argentina flag episode) with the child.

Pope Francis Reveals He Once Worked As A Bouncer
Religious Based News

Long before becoming the head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis worked some odd jobs. At a church in Rome over the weekend, the pope talked about sweeping floors, working in a chemical lab and teaching in high school. And at one time, he kicked troublemakers out of clubs.
