Oh. now I understand what you are asking. His use of the word "bank" meant that if you post more than 3 posts a day then whatever you have left over would carry on to the next day and he used the 30 post as a gauge to say that would cover you for 10 days. In other words. If you posted 30 messages in one day then you could still have 100% participation if you posted nothing at all for the next 10 days. Understand?

Thanks for letting me know, it was not added to the Winter Skin (we used to use the Red Skin as default until a few days ago). I just updated it and you will see it in the lower left hand corner of your control panel.
