[party Order] Cleaning The Land - Page 4

Kiana and Mud are still curious and wish to uncloak the skeleton to get a better peak, but Ice wants no part of it:

"Be careful now, that body could be booby trapped or diseased. For goodness sakes, if you must touch him, use a stick or something!" *Ice says as she backs away from the body to a safe distance in superstitious fear*

Kiana takes Mud's rod and approaches the skeleton, with Mud close behind, and Ice a safe distance back with weapons drawn and eyes peeled. Kiana uses the rod to uncloak the skeleton and prod around.

Land Cleaning Order party

The Game Master says...

Please instruct the players of Kiana and Mud to roll dice in the section called, 'Cloaked Skeleton'. When they have finished please either send me an Email or post in this thread again. Thanks.

Kiana and Mud have rolled the dice as was requested. Mud rolled a 42 while Kiana rolled a 57.

Page 4 Land Cleaning Order party

Kiana's first thought is "hmm, breakfast".

Ice draws an arrow from her arrow holder, takes careful aim and shoots at the snake. Mud and Kiana are ready to draw their swords at a moment's notice.

Land Cleaning Order party

Kiana, Ice and Mud agree that the snake will be taken back to the wagon and stored out of the sun for consumption at lunchtime. They continue looking over the skeleton for any booby traps, and if none are found, Kiana will continue to use the rod to prod and move the skeleton while Mud checks for loot. If there is any sign of danger, the three will return to the wagon with the dead snake.

Seeing that there is no imminent sign of danger, Kiana proceeds to remove the ring from the skeleton and keep it with her. Ice and Mud watch very carefully ready to spring into action if necessary. Kiana also plans to take the dead snake back with her to the wagon and place it in her small sack back at the wagon. If there is nothing left to explore around the skeleton after removing the ring, Ice, Kiana and Mud will return to the wagon where Mud and Maicman are anxiously awaiting their return.

Kiana, Ice and Mud hurry back to the wagon where Maicman and Kron have been waiting. They all pile in and Ice steers the wagon to the southwest in the direction of the mountains parallel to the forest in their search for caves. Kiana takes the snake and places it in her small sack. While in the wagon she looks over the ring very carefully to see if there is any visible crest or other marking, and the party make a decision to ride until they encounter some caves because they are itching for some action.

The party continue on their way in the direction of where the birds are hovering. They assemble themselves in the wagon in the following pattern:
Kiana facing the front of the wagon, Maicman to the left, Mud to the right and Kron facing the back. All have weapons drawn as follows:
Kiana - short sword
Maicman - 2 handed sword
Mud - short sword and club
Kron - Long sword and club
Ice - bow is at her side ready for action but she is concentrating on the road before her.
Also, Kiana takes the ring which she has been admiring all this time, and places it in her small sack.
