Day to Day Life: I worked at MIT as an assistant professor. I thought engineering to "freshman". They were so "green", I had to use all my patience and self-control not to laugh at the silly things they said. I was waiting to get my final exams to be a full professor, so that I could get to 'the real business". Boy, I had no idea what that will eventually mean. When the classes, I spent my entire time by the computer. After a lot of hacking , I start to get strange emails, which made me even more interested in computers. After a period, I started to be more interested in the net than in my carrier. I barely managed to keep my classes and I went back to the computer.

Red or Blue Pill: One day I saw an unfamiliar face at one of my classes. I didn't want to interrupt the teaching, after all there were other instances when people from other years came to refresh their knowledge, but this woman was watching me with strange eyes. After hours she came to me, she said her name is Trinity and someone wants to meet me. She gave me a phone number. I told her that I wasn't interested. She started to walk towards the door and while she nearly reached it she turned around, said something about the emails I used to get and left the room. I tried to catch her, but when I got to the hall she was gone.

That afternoon I felt quite intrigued and around 9 PM I decided to make the call. A male voice responded. He said that if I want to know the truth, I should get in front of my building and get in the black car. I wanted to ask what car, but he already hung up. I got down and there she was. The girl from the university. Trinity. They drove to a deserted building and invited my in a room that seemed somehow different. That was the place where I met Morpheus. That was the place where I learned about then Matrix. That was the place where I took the red pill.

Life in Zion: Oh, I felt so bad! My entire body was aching. It took a few days to get rid of the pain. The whole recovery took about a month. I met a girl. Actually she came to see me. Her name is Dana. She helped me through the entire healing process. She also told me about the life in Zion. From time to time Morpheus showed up and encouraged me.

When I started feeling better, Dana told me something that hit me like a steaming train. She is my sister. I couldn't believe her. She explained then that some people in Zion thought she was the One and they freed her, only to learn they were wrong. After my "rescue", they ran DNA tests and she found out we were brother and sister.

I started to adjust to the life in Zion. I was hired in the docks to help in the repair of attacked ships. It wasn't the work I was used to, but I started to like it. In my free time I used to work out "¦ the doctors said it would help me get to the best physical shape. I lived in my sister's home. Luckily they (Dana and her husband Troy) had an extra room, but I plan to get my own as soon as it's possible.
