You would have had it sooner, but I am out of bed for the first time since my latest surgery. I'll give you the short version of the story. The Dr. that performed my lower back surgeries was an alcoholic. After he committed suicide his former nurse enlightened me and told me to get another opinion. The new Dr. wouldn't say why my back needed more work, but is sure I will be a lot better. I hope he's right.

JB, LDS, I returned to my new bone specialist that did the "minor" surgery on my back 6 days ago. He said he found a lot of scar tissue, cartilege, and bone, where it shouldn't have been. The doctor that did the original work looked at new x-rays about a year ago and told me there was nothing more he could do.

Long story short, I walk straighter, take longer steps, and after 5 years the pain is gone!

Next they will go back in to straighten my neck. I look at my shoes all th time instead of the sky. Who knows, I may sleep in my own bed again someday. I haven't been there for over two years. I just hope Anne doesn't want me to get married again!

That is great news! So, are you going to pursue millions for all your pain and suffering? Actually, I think since your first call to me I have known you 'in pain', that's a long time to suffer for someone's negligence.
