I think it would be easier to capture and transport some of the roos to another location where they can run free and not be worried about being killed just because there is too many of them in this location.

That's a big kangaroo. I know they have a nasty kick but are they naturally timid or agressive?

My understanding is: Neither

They're not timid, and they're generally fairly peaceful.

However, they can become quite aggressive if messed with, and like most animal species, their idea of being messed with and ours don't always coincide.

A big male like that in particular, if inclined to think that someone's a threat to their dominant status, may attempt to assert himself in the pecking order.
