Not sure if I understand your point.
First of all, 14 is a kid. Second, regardless of the information a child of that age knows about sex in general, it was a FOOTBALL GAME. The person could have been 30 for that matter, if you are buying a game you want to find a GAME inside, no porn! Sponsored Links:

That is shocking, I can see his point though, its better being a 14year old then a 9 year old, however it should not happen at ole, it takes a real creep to do something like that knowing the general audience of games.
I don't think it will be anything to do with a copy, do 360 games even get copied? I know they get ripped but you cant get the 360 to read burt disks can you~? I am abit behind with consoles as I haven't played since Halo 2.
It must be one of the developers having a "joke" or something along them lines, but things like this can be really insulting and damaging.
