FLOW's interenet was down most of yesterday and only came back up this morning. When I called they said it was the whole country. I hope that doesn't happen again.

I just noticed that they are charging VAT on the same bill amount for October. For instance your bill would normally be $173 plus vat = $205 but not what they are doing is charging you $205 and then adding you VAT on that making it $232! Anyone else got this on their bll for October?
