Well my blood work test came back. They say that my cholesterol is 234. I think that is good. I have to check I believe a few years ago I had a cholesterol was 290. I need to find that paper work to double check. They want me to come back in in six weeks to do it again to make sure. Hopefully I will know more by then.

That is a good improvement! Keep up the good work and I am sure you will meet the goal.

Thanks for the link I am sure to use it wisely. I want to keep myself more healthy so I stick around as long as I can. Just to bother JB if nothing else.

Some personal note I have seen is high starch and fat are a killer in the cholesterol dept. Also keep an eye on the good cholesterol and keep it up with good oils. I just take cod liver oil and sesame seed oil once a day does seem to help.. I found olive oil cut back the bad cholesterol but it is the omega6 and 9 that helps me build up the good stuff. I just pour it on a table spoon and eat it.

I try to cook with olive oil more this past year and I think the family likes it too. I do eat more garlic too as it is a good item for breaking the cholesterol too. I will have to try the cod liver oil and sesame seed oil too.

Yes garlic is awesome for you. Just look up the benefits of omega oils. I think pumpkin and its seeds were another awesome cleaner and builder of good oils. That is with out the pie crust .
