KNtoran Introduction - Page 27

Well while I was out I did the fair. I have not missed a day at the fair for the past 5 years. I simply enjoy going to the fair to watch people. I love seeing what some people put on to enjoy a day at the fair. I believe that people watching is something a lot of people do. I know if it rains some of the people will be showing more than they want to to the world. smile.gif But then again maybe they do not care if people see that. I do know some people must not have a mirror in their homes to come out in some of the clothing they have on. Or maybe that is their good fair going clothes. I guess I can not judge them as I walk around in just a pair of shorts and a tank top. I am not the biggest on fashion.

All I can say is that the fair was a enjoyable thing to do once again. With all the free concerts and everything else around like food everywhere you turn. It is a great place to go and visit at least once a year. I can hardly wait till next year. Only 359 more days.

Welcome back, Klar! Glad you had a great time. The L.A. county fair is coming up in September, and it is like you say: some people should not leave the house they way the dress, and others you wonder why they bother wearing clothes at all? But, as the young kids say, "Whatever." We went last year for my daughter's birthday and we had a blast.

Okay, now... back to reality smile.gif

Welcome back Klar. Looks like you have been busy today since you returned.
Our fair starts in two days. It's not real big but it is a good time. And we do get the giant veggies up here. Since my daughter seems to be starting into labor it looks like Grandma gets to take her boys this year and show them a good time. I like to do the people watching thing also. I just smile and shake my head at some of the things people will wear out in public.

Introduction KNtoran

I am back to the shift work once again. I am hoping to hear soon about a new hire. Hopefully this one lasts longer than three days. Sometimes it is hard to get good help. You would think it was easy as the starting wage is over $16 a hour. This is a guaranteed 40 hour work week to plus bennies. I just do not understand why some do not want to work. It is not like the job is hard at all. Most the time your just sitting there staring at cameras. Watching people walk around. I guess some would call it boring but I do not I enjoy my job way too much.

Give me a green card, I'll come sit watch cameras for US$16 an hour any day. I think most US residents don't know how good they have it.

I wish! The government here tries to sell itself to the world as a booming economic giant where everything is grand. Just recently the US actually removed a concession from this country just because of that ('we' are making too much money), but I don't see none of it.

A guy here watching cameras would make US$1.70 and hour but pay twice the amount for food and basic necessities - nothing grand there - nothing to seek asylum about, just another statistic from a Banana Republic - at least that is how bureaucrats and immigration authorities would see it.
