Charles gets ready for battle against the oracle as he says to him.

Out of Character: The bless potion that Charles drank is meant to increase number of the next roll result? If it is so, then the answer above is supposed to be 28 instead of 18. I do not know everything about Dungeons & Dragons yet so there are just some things I am unfamiliar with so far.

Johnathan's Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 - The Artifacts Of Power Archive Pathfinder / D&D

The bless spell fills you with courage. For a full minute, you gain a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls and on saving throws against fear effects.

I am waiting for Basmet's action. If you wish that your characters strike at the attacking ghost, please let me know; the ghost itself is charging towards the heroes!

Basmet shrieks in faux fear and raises her buckler defensively. Total defense +4 AC. (AC: 19, Touch: 16, Flat: 13)

Knowledge (Religion): 15+3 = 18
Or
Bardic Knowledge if applicable: 15+5 = 20

Johnathan's Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 - The Artifacts Of Power

Out of Character: Excuse me for the delay; I was very busy the last few days. I'm available once again!

In Character: The ghost runs through the heroes, and their blades run through him as well, for a couple of times.

The Egypt's heroes' attacks seem to have no effect, but thankfully so do the ghost's attacks.

The oracle's ghost is as troubled as it gets. And as it floats from wall to wall, it stops, and says: "It can't be!", and vanishes with no explanation...

The heroes are now once again alone in the empty room.

After a minute Basmet regains her composure, having been quite shocked during the fight. She has a detailed look around the room, saying "Surely there must be some other exit. Cleverly carved and hidden."

Spot: 13+1 = 14

"I think the ghost could not smell it, but the mummy was definitely here. Someone has taken it... Or maybe it fell through the base."

She looks into the coffin apprehensively.

By searching the coffin Basmet realizes by knocking on the stone, that it sounds hollow.

What will the others do in this situation? The air seems to have stopped flowing, and everything feels calm and sinister.
