Cyrvil remains upright as she takes a defensive stance not even looking at Gordon's eyes anymore. (Total Defense) With a somehow sad and calm voice she says:

"What's wrong warrior, where did your determination go?"

HP: 7/7
Regular AC: 24 (10 base +4 Dexterity +1+4 Dodge +3 Armor)
Flat-Footed AC: 13 (10 base +3 Armor)
Touch AC: 15 (10 base +4 Dexterity +1+4 Dodge)

Via laughs, and then Kratos says to the champions:

"I'm afraid you have to defeat one another; there can only be one worthy. The path of Achilles, that you chose, combines military prowess with intelligence and perception..."

Kratos seems that he wants to reveal a hint, but he instead remains silent, and observant.

Gordon, who is now very hesitant of attacking Cyrvil, waits for her to strike so he can counter it. He says to her with a serious face "Why don't you come here and find out?".

Cyrvil after hearing Gordon question, staying in her defensive stance she looks towards Via and Kratos as she says:

"So this is your trial huh? Violence, as your name suggest. Or is it?"

While saying that she focus her vision on Kratos like she's waiting something from him.

Sense Motive(If there is something): 17+3= 20

Kratos doesn't say anything; neither does Via. The latter seems to be enjoying the process.

Cyrvil suddenly drops her dagger as she starts putting her hands on her head panicly.

"What am I doing? Worthy, confident? What the in depths of Hades am I saying?"

She gets on the knees as she says with her head facing the ground.

"No- I lied, I am not confident to hold the rod and receiving the gift of him. I am just a random mortal that just followed you warri- Gordon. You came all this way, losing so many of your comrades. I just thought this would fun and interesting that's why I sticked along with you... F-Forgive me. I-I shouldn't be in your way."

And after a small pause if Gordon haven't attack yet, she says loudly and hesitantly as tears drops from her eyes while she is still on her knees facing the ground.

"I Æthrom admits defeat before Fraz Gordon! Even if it may means my death!"

After seeing this, Gordon looks at Via and Kratos and he says to them with a solemn face "No, I shall not kill her".

Via claps a couple of times, and gets up. "Euge! Congratulations on succeeding in the test of violence! A just ruler must know and acknowledge when violence must be employed."

Kratos seems fairly pleased:

"You are nothing more than mortals, but were chosen by the fates, to be here tonight, after long travels and dangers. You have solved riddles, and fought against the Guardian. You also had the honor and wisdom to avoid making blood run unjust. The last test could have meant the death of the one and the failure of the other, should you not deny to undergo it. As the entrance carvings suggested, one must be prepared to sacrifice in order to rule are to enter.

Only one question separates you from the rod. The entrance carvings also warned you, that you must be prepared to serve in order to succeed. Are you ready to pledge allegiance, obedience and eternal servitude to the Father of all Gods, the giver of this power that you claim?"
