Hello and thank you for having me. I am looking to participate in Dungeons & Dragons type games. I can be very active but have no experience with text base Dungeons & Dragons, have only played paper and pencil as a kid with friends. Im 23, male, I enjoy playing neutral good tank/warrior characters.

Hi Loknar! Thank you for sharing a bit of yourself with us. Do not worry, everyone is helpful here. Which version of Dungeons & Dragons were you interested in playing?

I don't know, I am afraid I need some guidance. Im new to all this. I played Dungeons & Dragons growing up with friends on paper and pencil, one of was would just create an adventure and the rest would make characters. We used regular yatzee dice *laugh*.

The version you played is probably AD&D or even earlier. Maybe you can post that you wish to play a character here: Falrun's 2e Dungeons & Dragons Create Characters and they will guide you.
