I have witnessed many people I thought who were drunk to be just tired drivers. It is very easy to find your self sleep driving if you are tired. When I worked the overnight shift there were many times I found myself driving half asleep. I am glad I am no longer on that shift. I think my mistake was thinking caffeine would help me. All that did was make me more tired. I hope that those who find themselves getting tired while driving pull over for a few minutes get out and stretch your legs. It could possibly save your life or the life of another.
