I decided on something straightforward, hopefully I am not wasting a fireball in using such.

Also, my apologizes for how long it took. I actually forgot my phone and this didn't having anything to use when I was out and about or I would have posted much sooner. Thankfully, I didn't miss too much it seems.

Support QampA Rules Dragons and Dungeons e Daishains

That's the tricky part Robert. It's the next attack roll vs the creature you hit, not necessarily your next attack. If one of the front line guys strikes at the same creature you hit before you strike again they will get the benefit. It's still very beneficial but it may not apply to Oswald specifically.
