Since it would've been much easier&safer, I'm going to say Sar'ai infiltrated the rear of the army's left flank. The wall is about 100' to your left, and the gate with Cyanwrath is about 200' ahead.
From the looks of it, about half of the army are kobolds, with the rest being humanoids of various races. Most of them are equipped with fairly simple and cheap gear, but you can see a few heavily equipped individuals.
You're also close enough to have gotten a good look at wagons at the rear of the army. The majority of them nearby appear to be empty, but one you saw appears to be filled with simple manacles.
The storm lizard is notably worse off than Cyanwrath, but the latter did take several hits before smiting Cratol. Kyr, check the line just before where the commander acted. The light hit was an attack of opportunity from Targul.
I read that both Targul and Cratol got some blows to land, and Cahleth and a few other archers hit the lizard. That is why I am asking if one looks worse than another. Thanks for the clarification, Boss.

Since I'm not sure when I'll be able to make a proper post, just wanted to let you know the actions I would take is probably Geoffroy shooting off a few Scorching Rays towards the Storm Lizard hit before until it falls. If it does, he will attack the general or where ever appropriate.

Thank you all for the support fire (And possible melee attack by Targul if he manages to stay outside the wall). Poljen may have failed to hit the lizard, and his Dexterity rolls for the Hail of Thorns, but at least he will take half damage… otherwise that would be rough!
